Is traditional media, like newspapers, radio, television, and magazines waning in influence? Some marketers believe so. There is a brave new world out there for Federal agencies to explore, and that is in the realm of communicating through new media--blogs, video, podcasts, and more. Here at GSA (U.S. General Services Administration) we are beginning to explore some of these new media options.
